Description: Vader is obsessed with finding the young Rebel who destroyed the Death Star, believing him to the the offspring of Anakin Skywalker. Following up on a probe droid lead, Vader identifies the Rebel base on Hoth but arrives too late, as the last of the Rebels flee echo base.

Description: Star Wars Bend-ems Action Figures were produced from 1993 – 1994, and are so called because the figures can be bent into different poses. Some Bend-ems Action Figures include exclusive Topps Star Wars Galaxy Trading cards, with variations including square or form-fitting bubbles, and 8- 12- and 20-figure cardbacks.

Comments: A variant packaging on VC13, originally labelled as Anakin Skywalker. It was felt that at this point in the movie he was more Vader than Skywalker, so the figure was released bearing the Darth Vader name.

Description: After he is gravely wounded in a climactic duel, Anakin is rescued by the Emperor and becomes part man, part machine. The mechanical parts that now keep him alive also finalize his transformation to Darth Vader.
Comments: this is the first look we get at Darth Vader in his iconic black armor and helmet.

Comments: Robo Chris is/was a Japanese toy store which would invite different artists and actors for autograph sessions. This is an example of such a customized, autographed figure.

Comments: This is the Ultimate Galactic Hunt or “Silver Foiled” packaging variation. A bit harder to find at retail, so if you could put together a full set of Silver Foiled Vintage Collection figures you were doing well.
